After a very meaningful chapter in my career, I am writing this to share that I will be leaving my position at Family Care Southwest on August 1^st 2025. I will be transitioning from family medicine into specialty care. It has been an honor to be a part of your healthcare team and I am grateful for the trust you've placed in me as your provider.
